Explanation

Mercury traditionally signifies intellect, speech, calculation, learning, trade, writing and analysis. Think of these as a vocabulary of topics that the graha can participate in, not as a ready-made prediction.

Rulership used in this course: Gemini and Virgo. Exaltation: Virgo at 15°. Debilitation: Pisces at 15°. Dignity describes one part of planetary condition; it does not tell you by itself whether every outcome will be favourable or difficult.

Before interpreting Mercury, identify which house or houses it rules for the current Lagna. House ownership is chart-specific: the same graha can carry very different house topics for another Ascendant.

Next read where Mercury is actually placed: its Rashi, whole-sign house, exact degree, dispositor, conjunctions and full aspects. A graha occupying a house affects that house, but it also carries the topics of the houses it rules into its place of occupation.

Only after the D1 picture is clear should you add relevant divisional charts and timing. D9 can refine condition, D10 can refine career-related analysis, and Dasha/Gochar can provide timing context; none of them should replace the natal D1 structure.

Common mistake

Do not read “Mercury in a sign” as a complete result. The same placement changes meaning when house lordship, house position and other chart factors change.

बुध परंपरागत रूप से बुद्धि, वाणी, गणना, अध्ययन, व्यापार, लेखन और विश्लेषण का कारक माना जाता है। इन्हें विषयों की शब्दावली समझें जिनमें ग्रह भाग ले सकता है; इन्हें तैयार भविष्यवाणी न मानें।

इस पाठ्यक्रम में स्वामित्व: मिथुन और कन्या। उच्च: कन्या 15°। नीच: मीन 15°। ग्रह-बल ग्रह की स्थिति का केवल एक भाग बताता है; अकेले इससे हर फल शुभ या कठिन तय नहीं किया जा सकता।

बुध का फल पढ़ने से पहले वर्तमान लग्न में उसके स्वामित्व वाले भाव पहचानें। भाव-स्वामित्व कुंडली-विशिष्ट है; दूसरे लग्न में वही ग्रह अलग भाव-विषय लेकर चलता है।

फिर बुध की वास्तविक स्थिति पढ़ें: राशि, पूर्ण-राशि भाव, सटीक अंश, राशि-स्वामी, युतियाँ और पूर्ण दृष्टियाँ। किसी भाव में स्थित ग्रह उस भाव को प्रभावित करता है, लेकिन अपने स्वामित्व वाले भावों के विषय भी अपनी स्थिति तक लेकर आता है।

D1 संरचना स्पष्ट होने के बाद ही संबंधित वर्ग और समय-परत जोड़ें। D9 ग्रह-स्थिति को सूक्ष्म कर सकता है, D10 करियर विश्लेषण को, और दशा/गोचर समय-संदर्भ देते हैं; ये D1 का स्थान नहीं लेते।

मुख्य बिंदु

  • प्राकृतिक कारकत्व और कुंडली-विशिष्ट भाव-स्वामित्व अलग बातें हैं।
  • ग्रह-बल एक स्थिति है, पूरा निर्णय नहीं।
  • राहु/केतु के नियम केवल वहीं लागू किए जाते हैं जहाँ पाठ्यक्रम ने स्पष्ट प्रोफ़ाइल चुनी है।

सामान्य गलती

“बुध अमुक राशि में” को पूरा फल न मानें। भाव-स्वामित्व, भाव स्थिति और बाकी कुंडली बदलने पर उसी स्थिति का संदर्भ बदलता है।

  1. अपनी कुंडली में एक ग्रह चुनें।
  2. उसके स्वामित्व वाले भाव तथा D1 भाव/राशि लिखें।
